Can I cancel my order?

We understand that plans change, but due to the nature of working with live products we can only accept cancellations with 48hrs notice.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
LR Flowers creates a limited number of bouquets each week, and designs are made to order — so same-day delivery isn’t usually available. If you need something urgently, feel free to get in touch and they’ll let you know what’s possible.

 

Can I request specific flowers?
Bouquets are designed using the best seasonal flowers available at the market. You're welcome to mention favourite flowers or ones you’d rather avoid — LR Flowers will do their best to reflect your preferences where possible.

 

What days do you deliver?
Our bouquet deliveries are typically on a Friday and Saturday. LR Flowers doesn't usually deliver outside of this but may make exceptions for special events — just ask.

 

What areas do you deliver to?
LR Flowers delivers to SS0-SS9 postcodes, this includes Wakering, Shoeburyness, Southend, Thorpe Bay, Southchurch, Westcliff, Chalkwell, Leigh-on-Sea and Benfleet. If you’re unsure whether your postcode is covered, drop LR Flowers a message.

 

Can I include a gift message?
Yes, absolutely. You’ll be able to add a message at checkout, and it’ll be handwritten on one of LR Flowers’ notecards.

 

What happens if no one is home for delivery?
If no one is in, LR Flowers will leave the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbour, and pop a note through the door to say where they’ve been left.

 

How should I care for my flowers?
Each bouquet comes with simple care tips. Generally, a clean vase, fresh water, and trimming the stems every few days will help them last longer.
